A couple of political thoughts, then a sports observation...

...I think I am going to be a John Edwards guy for the Dems, although I have a suspicion he wont be winnin...I must admit that, while being technically a democrat, I have some Republican leanings and I have reservations about the group of yahoos that the Dem party has floated out there... I kinda hate to admit that I might feel more comfortable with the American Buckaroo for at least 4 more years until the legit Dem candidates decide to "Cowboy Up!!" and run against the Republicans...
...Panther fever is running high... I think they have a chance...just need to be able to establish the run and keep it close till the 4th quarter, then see who has the better field goal kicker...

for the FRAT...and the MC's...

I'd gladly walk across the desert
With no shoes upon my feet
To share with you the last bite
Of bread I had to eat
I would swim out to save you
In your sea of broken dreams
When all your hopes are sinkin'
Let me show you what love means

(Chorus)

Love can build a bridge
Between your heart and mine
Love can build a bridge
Don't you think it's time?
Don't you think it's time?

I would whisper love so loudly
Every heart could understand
That love and only love
Can join the tribes of man
I would give my heart's desire
So that you might see
The first step is to realize
That it all begins with you and me

(Repeat Chorus)

When we stand together
It's our finest hour
We can do anything, anything
Keep believin' in the power

(Repeat Chorus)

Oh, and a little bit about myself

My name is Jerome. i am head of the AudioVisual department at Furman University. I am married to Jessica, and we just celebrated our 5th anniversary last December. She works at Hughes Academy here in Greenville, as a Special Ed teacher. We have two kids...twins...Rylee and Ian, a girl and a boy 25 and half months old now. If you want to see pictures of my family (cause i know some of you will be curious who read this...), click on my webpage link over on the right....

Ever wonder what your high school friends are up too?

...lets see... John is married and in Talahassee, i think...Billy (excuse me, Clarence William)..is being the big bad lawyer gig in Greenville... Julie...i have no clue, except she got married....Jobert, teaching basson at some fancy college Northeast....I saw Billy answering phones for the dogs and cats the other day. Still looks the same, which aint bad for a 36 year old... and to think of all the games of Trivial Pursuit we played....
