...just when i was about to get really annoyed with this whole Paris Hilton thing, the original judge has ordered her back into court. Aint no way she should be simply allowed to leave jail just cause she dont feel well...how unfair and biased would that be? I bet if my mother were to go to jail for the same offense, guess where she would be right now.... in jail. I must admit that if Jessica was in the same place, she'd probably be in jail too. But...Why is it that Whitney Houston is looked upon as a sad drug addict, while Britney Spears is celebrated? And why are Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton celebrated vixens and socialites, yet Tyra Banks and Naomi Cambell are called whores and bitches? and while we are traveling down this road...why are 12 million Mexicans allowed to stay here, yet if any Cuban or Haitian floats over on a boat, they are immediately flown back? ( Calm down Brown, I can hear the George Bush diatribe warming up already) I dont know...seems like a little bit of a different set of standards here.

Believe it or not, I'm not all that obsessed with Paris Hilton. I do not find her attractive or even remotely interesting. but then again, the fact that she will be allowed to phone in for her court hearing today from her mansion again smacks of injustice to everyone else.

Don't be apologetic for ol' George. IMHO people love him and hate him for the same reason. He does what he believes is right, which differentiates him from most politicians. Leaves me admiring him at times and feeling sorry for him at others when even he knows he is going to get crucified but acts anyway. Which brings me to a post you had a while back... something about Clinton and Obama duking it out and Edwards doing a sneak attack to the front...
Now for anyone that might read this they need to know right off the bat that until ol' William Jefferson brought too much politics and mischief to the party, I was a yellow dog Dem… but the party of late just doesn't stand for anything or put any real meaningful answers out today which leaves me at least pulling for George as a man of conviction, be it right at times and wrong at others. Think the democrats fail to admit how many of us there are out there that feel the same way. Count me as one that DOESN’T embrace the caustic hate folks like Rosie bring to the super liberal table as an answer alone... come on dems, give us some real ANSWERS as to what we’re going to do to stop folks that have as their stated mission in life to kill every last one of us!
So anyways, I pulled for Edwards a bit in the distant past and thought you might be right on your analysis this time until he imploded. The war against radical Islam is a bumper sticker? He is stupid enough to say this after a month that brings two cells to an end... and you got the New York Times posting the JFK bomb plot on page 37 next to a "Fuddruckers is good for kids" article when 99% of papers have it on page 1??? This new dem. party might pull out a victory in the end but I'm pretty sure it won't be Edwards if he's giving statements that make for great commercial sound bites against him later. As for me, until I see an admission we've got a group of folks out there in the world that envy us for our successes and instead of joining us in wealth just hate us and want to kill us, you won't see my Florida chad hanging in a dem's column.
Heard Dennis Miller on TV or the radio of late??? Now there's a guy I bet was a Dem. that also has moved much more to the center. Give him a listen and I almost guarantee you will at least be entertained.
As for Hilton, I’m one honky who would rather watch 1 1/2 hours of LaChappelle's Rize to debate its message than watch 5 seconds of crap about Hilton.
