Ray Charles passed away today. In some ways, it saddens me more than the Reagan event. I am saddened by reagans passing, for he was a great man, despite his flaws. WHich made him all the more popular, i think. But Ray Charles...man, it makes me havea knot in my stomach. How many times have I listened to Georgia on My Mind or America the Beautiful...what wonderful music this man made. What wonderful music...
